Preparation of materials
The materials used to manufacture tiled stoves are mainly clay, silica and kaolin. These materials are mixed together in precise proportions to create a paste that will be used to manufacture the stove components.
Our artisan workshop designs and assembles each tiled stove in the purest tradition.
The inner body, made exclusively from refractory bricks assembled with clay, guarantees gentle, long-lasting heat, typical of mass stoves, with reduced wood consumption.
Each creation is given special attention: choice of earthenware model, the colours and decorations, in order to faithfully meet the wishes of each customer.
We provide delivery and installation throughout the country, with a contribution towards travel costs.
Attentive and precise, we manufacture all-refractory stoves, assembled entirely by hand, combining performance, aesthetics and respect for the environment.
The materials used to manufacture tiled stoves are mainly clay, silica and kaolin. These materials are mixed together in precise proportions to create a paste that will be used to manufacture the stove components.
The paste is then moulded into shapes to create the different parts of the stove, such as the body, legs, handles, etc. The parts are then left to dry for several days to remove excess water.
The pieces are then fired at a high temperature in a kiln. This hardens the pieces and makes them more resistant to heat. The temperature and firing time vary depending on the size and shape of the pieces.
After firing, the pieces are painted and glazed according to the manufacturer's specifications. This gives them a colourful and shiny appearance.
The various parts of the stove are then assembled to form a single unit. The parts are glued together and welded to ensure a good seal.
Before shipping, the stove is inspected to ensure that it meets quality and safety standards. It is also tested to ensure that it functions properly.
